FIELD: heating; mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to designs of regular structured nozzles that are used in processes of natural gas rectification, absorption, purification and drying, and also as mixers of liquid and gas flows, as sprinklers in cooling towers of circulating heat supply systems, and may find application in practically all technological processes of oil, gas, chemical and other related industries. Regular structured nozzle for heat and mass exchange devices contains unit of horizontal rows of multiple-thread screw elements installed in tiers with permanent gap in relation to each other. Vertical screw elements are installed in gaps between neighbouring screw elements in horizontal rows, and size of gap between all horizontally installed screw elements is equal to external diameter of installed vertical screw elements. Size of external diameter of installed vertical screw elements is in the ratio of 0.32-0.98 to size of external diameter of horizontal screw elements, and gap between the latter is also within these limits.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of heat and mass exchange processes; prevention of non-reacted gas bypassing increase of mechanical strength of nozzle unit.
