SUBSTANCE: multilevel garage includes cubicles for location of vehicles that are installed in tiers and surround central shaft for lifting and lowering of vehicles with lift installed in its volume and arranged with the possibility of vertical reciprocating motion. Cubicles for location of vehicles are installed in tier tightly to each other and occupy closed space that is adjacent to central shaft along its transverse perimeter. Some cubicles communicate to central shaft through adjacent cubicles, one side of which is side or part of shaft side. Vehicles are installed in cubicle on tray, at that either cells for vehicle location or elevator are arranged with facility for horizontal transportation of vehicle that provides possibility of mutually perpendicular transportation of vehicle installed on tray.
EFFECT: provides highest capacity of garage at minimal size of land lot occupied with the structure.
