SUBSTANCE: shell arranged in protective enclosure is coaxially adapter-flange-fitted on pipeline. The pipeline seam collapse limiter represents sleeve with flange and circular end face. The aforesaid collapse limiter is flange-mounted on the said adapter-flange face surface to close the close the pipeline seam and thrusts against the mounting member representing rings or radial ribs arranged on the pipeline. The said limiter wall is furnished wit, at least, one hole to release excess pressure in the case of a partial destruction of the pipeline seam.
