FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: method includes cultivation of mussels on mesh belts with foreign body inserted in their pallium. Young mussels cultivation is performed on mesh belts provided with devices for mussels retrieving from their environment. Later on they are transported to laboratory to insert foreign body into their pallium. Foreign bodies are made in various shapes via punching technique by means of cutting or piercing dies using press with peeling using abrasive device and treating using grinding device. Mussels are moved to mesh belts for subsequent growing. Then mesh belts are suspended on floating tubes of rafts by means of lifting device. Moving of rafts is performed using electric winches. During cultivation of mussels with foreign body inserted into their pallium, chemical composition of water is periodically changed by adding mineral substances containing phosphorus, nitrogen, calcium, carbon dioxide and microelements. Device contains mesh belts for cultivation of mussels with foreign body inserted in their pallium. The device has at least one scaffold bridge connected with platforms for dividing water area into reproduction zone for growing up young mussels and plantation for further growing mussels with foreign body inserted into their pallium. The device is equipped with rafts, distributors of mineral substances and carbon dioxide, lifting device, belt conveyers, elastic brushes with electric motors, steamer for processing mussels. Rafts are made of positioned in rows parallel to each other interconnected floating tubes. Rafts are connected with located on at least one scaffold bridge electric winches using cables. Lifting device contains chain or gear system with electric drive, arched and inclined guides installed under belt conveyers on floating platforms. On at least one scaffold bridge, operator's working places are located each one of which is equipped with remote control panel. Remote control panel is connected with electric motors of belt conveyors and winches using electric circuit. Mesh belts for cultivating mussels are connected using cables to bobbins fixed under at least one scaffold bridge. Device contains mesh belts for cultivation of mussels with foreign body inserted in their pallium. In device version 2 ends of floating tubes are provided with cones, connected among themselves and with winches using cables and positioned in one line. Lines o tubes are located in parallel rows at intervals relative to each other. Distributors of liquid and mineral substances are located between lines of tubes.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency, increase in productivity and enhancement of technological capabilities.
