Venticular depolarisation loop in the plane of maximum disclosure is received. LVMM=102.68+33S, where S- square of ventricular depolarisation loop in cm; 102.68 and 33 - coefficient of the linear regression, and LVMM equaled to 135.7 g corresponds to the value of S= 1 cm2.

EFFECT: method allows increasing reliability of left ventricular myocardium mass determination.
