SUBSTANCE: registration and deflection amplitude analysis for QRS complex are performed. If body weight is excessive, myocardial left ventricle hypertrophy is diagnosed for men at SV4 over 1.1 mV or RaVL+SV3 over 2.3 mV, and for women at RaVL over 0.8 mV or RI+SIII over 1.5 mV.

EFFECT: enhanced precision and sensitivity of electrocardiographic diagnostics of myocardial left ventricle hypertrophy.
