FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: opposing plastics is conducted in the following way: tendon of the short extensor muscle of the first finger is exposed and divided at the maximum proximal level. Tendon of the ancipital hand flexor is exposed, cut off from the point of attachment to carpal bones; exposed tendons are moved towards each other along the palmar surface of the wrist and forearm. If the length is insufficient to direct suturing to each other; short extensor muscle of the first finger is fixed to the radial edge of the aggregation of the superficial flexors of other fingers; and tendon of the ancipital hand flexor is fixed to the ancipital edge of the aggregation. If the length is sufficient tendon of the short extensor of the first finger and ancipital flexor of the hand are fixed to each other end-to-end.
EFFECT: enables forming opposition of the first finger in coarse immaturity of arms, as well as in absence or hypoplasia of flexor of one of triphalangeal fingers.
