The finger is mobilized after carrying out osteotomy, wire is brought through its bone segment and the exterior fixation apparatus is set and axial distraction of the finger to be transferred together with the feeding limbs is carried out. Feeding limbs separation is carried out and the defective finger with two feeding limbs is transferred over the remaining fingers to the receiving finger stump. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
