FIELD: textile; paper.
SUBSTANCE: bobbin-winding device for bobbin production by winding thread or strip on bobbin hub includes holder for bobbin hub holding and rotation around rotational axis and thread pressing elements for thread or strip pressing to peripheral surface formed on bobbin hub. In essence thread pressing elements are installed movable in radial direction with regard to rotational axis being near thread pressing elements. Thread feeder is provided to ensure alternate-reciprocal motion of thread or strip along rotational axis. Thread supporting elements are realised as capable of thread or strip directing to bobbin or hub in axial and fixed manner with regard to rotational axis. In essence thread pressing elements together with thread supporting elements are installed movable in radial direction with regard to rotational axis so that distance between thread pressing elements and thread supporting elements is constant.
EFFECT: maintaining stable thread tension when bobbin is wounded and good quality of thread winding.
