FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: device contains sparging drum 1, installed concentrically inside outer drum 2 on front 3 and back support bearing, which have gland sealings 4 and 8. Outer drum 2 contains branch pipe of dirt-collector 10 and branch pipe of compressed air supply. Sparging drum 1 is installed on hollow drive shaft with possibility to change its rotation rate, drive shaft being made hollow to make possible supply of purified water solution by its inlet branch pipe to sparging drum 1 and removal of foam by outlet supply branch pipe 5 from sparging drum 1. On inlet to sparging drum 1 reflector-swirler 6 is installed with possibility to swirl flow of purified water solution to rate of sparging drum 1 rotation and distribution of purified water solution along generators of sparging drum 1 from axis of its rotation to periphery, which are made in form of water disperser 9. Air disperser 9 consists of outer and inner perforated shells and located between them filtering element.
EFFECT: intensification of process of phase separation of waste cleaning agent emulsion and returning water phase to production cycle; reduction of reagent consumption; reduction of production areas, time expenditure; energy consumption, and increase of solution purification quality.
