FIELD: mineral resources benefication. SUBSTANCE: machine has cylindrical-conical body, located in its cylindrical part aerator, discharging mean for foam product in the form of hollow member with conical narrowing in upper part and conical ring, connected with central pipe with elbow; tank for liquid inner transfer with discharging pipe for small amount wastes and slide valve for big amount wastes. Bubbling aerator is situated in conical part of body. Ring-type air distributing device is mounted in upper part of body. Hollow member is made cylindrical and inserted in conical deflector with clearance to its inner walls. Aerator is made in the form of air distributing devices, made in the form of Laval's nozzles. Inner perforated wall of bubbling aerator is made of butt rings with recesses and fire-bars. Fire-bars are made of wearable durable material and their ends are fixed in recesses of butt rings. Butt rings are connected with flanges of body. Fire-bars cross-section has form of in series conjugated trapezium and two rectangles. Big sides of rectangles are interperpendicular.
