SUBSTANCE: composition includes suspension polyvinylchloride, dioctylphthalate, secondary plasticising agent, three-base lead sulphate as stabiliser, antimony trioxide, calcium stearate, and additionally includes epoxidised soy oil or epoxy resin as epoxy stabilisers, titanium dioxide, stearic acid, diphenylolpropane and chalk, with calcium carbonate weight fraction not less than 99%, whiteness not less than 98%, non-toxic (lead-free) calcium zinc thermal stabilisers of STABIOL CZ 3046 or STABIOL CZ 3134 or Naftosafe GKX 2208 brands, or Naftosafe GKX 2011 thermal stabiliser containing aluminum, manganese and zinc can be used as thermal stabiliser. Chloroparaffin 470 and/or chlorinated α-olefins are used as secondary plasticising agents. Obtaining cable plastic compound with low water absorption level, high specific electric resistance, high thermal stability and whiteness is achieved due to the use of chalk with given properties as filler and addition of epoxidised soy oil or epoxy resin, titanium dioxide, stearic acid, diphenylolpropane. Enhanced thermal stability of plastic compound is achieved due to synergic escalation of stabiliser efficiency combined with epoxy stabilisers.

EFFECT: obtaining cable plastic compound with low water absorption level, high specific electric resistance, high thermal stability and whiteness.
