SUBSTANCE: equipment contains case of tube head with two side holes forming connecting channels with borehole annulus, tube holder installed in the case of the well head and pressure tight to the case, reducing taper elbow, side branches connecting channels with reservoir of flow columns, bypass gate and gates on side branches. Two side holes in each are made in the case of the tube head and the tube holder; they form connecting channels with reservoir of the flow tubes column. The tube holder is additionally sealed against the case of the tube head, the sealing is installed above the side holes of the tube holder.

EFFECT: upgraded reliability of as well and simplification of service and operation of equipment.
