FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: well pumping fixture for oil extraction and water pumping into a bed contains plunger pumps which can be arranged successively in the well. At that, well head drive of pumps is designed to perform reciprocal movements. Each of plunger pumps has input and output devices with rods. The fixture also has a packer which is designed to be installed between beds. At that, the upper bed is a watered payout bed for withdrawal of the water-gas-oil mixture. The lower bed serves for intake of water. The input device is located below the upper pump and made in form of a cylinder reservoir with an upper side aperture pressure tight inserted inside from above with an input sleeve of the upper pump. The lower pump is made as a cylinder, pressure tight installed into a channel of the packer with a hollow plunger, the rod of which is made hollow and connected rigidly with the reservoir. An input device of the lower pump is composed of two devices, the first of which is made as a back valve connecting bottom of the hollow rod with down-the hole space, while the second device in form of a plugged from the top sleeve with a side channel on the top connects the hollow rod with the input sleeve of the upper pump above the reservoir. At that area of circular section between the input sleeve, the pipe and the reservoir is chosen in such a way, that maximum flow rate of water-oil mixture downward at that section exceeds the rate of oil surfacing in water for not more, than two times, and the minimal volume of the input sleeve between the side channel of the plugged sleeve and the upper pump must be not less, than half of the volume of liquid, inflowing into the upper pump at suction.
EFFECT: facilitating upgraded quality of well separation of water-gas-oil mixture to liquid phases, reduction of costs for electric power consumption, possibility to adjust oil withdrawal from well.
