SUBSTANCE: light-emitting diode luminous bar consists of one multicolour light-emitting diode (LED); optically transmitting tube in close proximity to the multicoloured light-emitting diode, which lights up when the multicoloured light-emitting diode illuminates; a control circuit, which is enclosed in the holder unit; and a soft buffer, which encloses the optically transmitting tube. The soft buffer is at least partially transparent and is fixed to the holder unit. A light-emitting diode flashlight is mounted in the holder unit. The luminous bar, illuminated by light emitting diodes has a rectangular shape, or square, or is D-shaped.
EFFECT: light-emitting diode luminous bar can be used as a protective device or toy.
