FIELD: physics; electricity.
SUBSTANCE: converter has a case with a cover, control rod, a butt end which is in contact with leads of cores of an eddy current sensor. Spring loaded current conducting cores, the radii of which are longer than the radii of leads, are installed in the case concentrically with inductance coils and are in contact the surface of the bearing ring, installed perpendicular to the motion of the cores. The length of each lead is equal to the distance between the contact surface of the bearing ring and the butt end of the control rod.
EFFECT: simpler structure and increased reliability.
