FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: electronic clocks allow for establishing at any moment, the first initial flight date relative the local time scale or universal time scale, and determine the corresponding first time scale. Besides that electronic clocks allow for establishing, at any moment, a second initial date of one flight phases relative the first time scale or universal time and determine the corresponding second time scale. Electronic clocks have installation apparatus, memory devices, computer devices and analogue and digital visualisation tools. Digital visualisation tools display negative time values, if the initial date has not come yet and a positive time value if that date has passed. They have five sound devices, a chronometer and a timer.

EFFECT: wider functional capabilities of electronic clocks.
