FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: protector contains dielectric substrate with ground base applied on one side and electro-magnetically interconnected strip conductors of two resonators applied on the other side. Feature of protector is that grounded base and strip conductors of resonators are made of metal. And between resonator conductors on substrate surface or above them without galvanic contact there is formed film made of material with high-temperature superconductivity. Resonators provide mutual compensation of electric and magnetic intercommunication at protector work band centre at normal condition of film.
EFFECT: higher SHF oscillations limit voltage due to improved oscillation reflection and reduced power absorbed by protector elements.
