FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: microstrip protective device is designed for protection of radio receiving devices, in particular receivers of radio locating stations, against electromagnetic oscillations of high capacity. It comprises dielectric substrate, on one side of which there is earthed base applied, and on the second one strip conductors of two resonators are applied, being joined to each other electromagnetically. Control elementn of device is closed strip conductor made of high-temperature superconductor film (HTSC), for instance in the form of rectangular frame arranged in the area of high-frequency magnetic field maximum, which may be arranged either directly on device substrate, or on its own substrate, and may be arranged over conductors of resonators at the distance that prevents galvanic contact with them. In superconducting condition of film HTSC conductor of control element, connection between resonators is done through it, and device operates as strip-pass filter with low insertion losses, and as threshold of signal capacity increases at the inlet, density of current induced in frame exceeds critical value for HTSC.
EFFECT: widened band of working frequencies and reduced threshold of radio receiving devices actuation.
