FIELD: engines and pumps, electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: generator incorporating an electromechanical frequency-setting resonator is made up of the following components, i.e. RC-bridge composed of an electromechanical resonator with a piezo-electric or electro-static converter, a neutralising capacitor, the first and second resistors, the second capacitor, a differential stage built around identical-conductance MOS-transistors. The differential stage output represents a connection point of the drain of one transistor with the source of the other transistor, i.e. an amplifier. The amplifier output is wired to the connection of the first outputs of electromechanical resonator and neutralising capacitor, their second outputs being connected to the drains of the first and second transistors. The second transistor gate is connected to the capacitor first output, the capacitor second output being connected to the power supply. The differential stage output is connected to the amplifier input, the three-stage amplifier being built around three complementary pairs of the MOS-transistors looped by a DC negative feedback to ensure a linear operating condition at minor levels of amplified signal.
EFFECT: simpler RC-bridge adjustment, increased gain due to using additional stage.
