SUBSTANCE: cans are manufactured by cutting, dredging in wheat flour, frying in melted butter and mincing ordinary fish fillets, cutting, sauteeing in melted butter and mincing onions, cutting, blanching and mincing white roots, freezing and mincing spinage, sorrel and greenstuffs, mincing sturgeon fillets, mixing the above components with sour cream, fish broth, table salt and CO2-extracts of the specified micromitset biomass, hot black pepper and bay leaves, packing the obtained mix in aluminium tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: cans are of increased digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
