FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: cans are manufactured by cutting, dredging in wheat flour, frying in melted butter and mincing ordinary fish fillets, cutting, sauteeing in melted butter and mincing onions, cutting, blanching and mincing white roots, freezing and mincing spinage, sorrel and greenstuffs, mincing sturgeon fish fillets. The above components are mixed with sour cream, fish broth, table salt and CO2-extracts of hot black pepper and bay leaves. The obtained mix is packed in aluminium tubes, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: cans for space feeding are of increased digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
