FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: hen's eggs are boiled, peeled and minced. Raw onions are cut, browned in the melted butter and minced, potatoes and parsley roots are cut, blanched and minced. Spring onions and herbs are frozen and minced, sorrel and spinach are frozen and chopped, meat is cut and minced, wheat flour is browned. Listed components are mixed with sour cream, bone broth, table salt and CO2-extract of bitter black pepper and laurel leaf. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
