SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical preparation and a set of standard doses presented in alternating phases of standard doses of estrogen and phases of ultralow doses of estrogen, each phase consists of 1-4 consecutive daily unified doses or their equivalent where the daily unified doses of phases of standard doses of estrogen contain quantity of the substance showing estrogenic activity, 0.5 mg equivalent to activity - 5.0 mg of Oestradiolum, and the daily unified doses of phases of ultralow doses of estrogen contain quantity of the substance showing estrogenic activity, 0.005 mg equivalent of activity - 0.5 mg of Oestradiolum (versions), to replenish deficiency of estrogen, and also the corresponding objects including Progestinum.
EFFECT: restoration of reaction of uterus on estrogen and the best response to treatment of the woman in a perimenopause and menopause.
