SUBSTANCE: invention provides compositions, methods and application for the improvement of woman's health with enhanced or significantly enhanced levels of sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) and receiving additional estrogen by non-oral administration of androgenic steroid in the effective dose. Also, the invention provides compositions, methods and application for the combined administration (co-administration) of estrogen given orally in the effective dose and androgenic steroid given non-orally in the effective dose in women needing with additional amount of estrogen. Invention provides functional levels of androgenic steroids in women with enhanced levels of SHBG and, therefore, the improvement of their health.
EFFECT: valuable medicinal and physiological properties of steroids.
