FIELD: technological processes, mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: brick-lining of glass furnace pool walls includes armature layer and working layer made of refractory fire-resistant materials. Working layer is installed in cavity of armature layer limited with two seating planes with angle of planes inclination to vertical axis of armature layer, rounding is arranged at the line of seating surfaces coupling. Height of cavity does not exceed pool depth, working layer is installed in cavity with the possibility of free displacement in relation to surfaces of seating planes. In the area of seating planes rounding, working layer is equipped with flat face along width that is not less than rounding radius.
EFFECT: increase of structure efficiency, reduction of specific inputs with increase of liquid glass quality.
