SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns area of rocket technics, in particular to multistage carrier rockets with the solid-fuel engine of last step. The way of control of a multistage carrier rocket includes simultaneous turn of a forward part of a rocket and the combustion chamber of the solid-fuel engine of last step concerning surging knot of its rotary nozzle block and turn of the nozzle block. For realisation of a way in a multistage carrier rocket the mid-flight step is supplied with the solid-fuel engine with rotary nozzle block, in its knot of surging and a steering drive. The knot of turn of a forward part of a rocket is combined with the knot of surging. The interstep compartment between last and penultimate steps is executed in the form of two skirts connected with a steering drive and among themselves. The skirt of an interstep compartment joined with a penultimate mid-flight step, is rigidly connected with nozzle block and on it the system of branch of a penultimate step is established.

EFFECT: efficient control maintenance with multistage carrier rockets with the solid-fuel engine of the last step.
