SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to media for input of information in speech form, voice digitisation and identification of voice signals, as well as to equipment control media, used in different fields: radio-electronics, medicine, robotics etc. The device comprises, along with the prototype hardware: a microphone, headphones, second keyboard, personal computer, comprising a second processor, second analogue-to-digital converter adapter and a digital-to-analogue converter, second clock generator, second controller, second internal memory device, second long-term memory device, second video controller, parallel output port, and a second display. The device also contains a keyboard commutator and an interface converter, consisting of a first, second, third and fourth electronic commutator and a processor for the interface converter.
