SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telecommunication communication equipment and can be used as a mobile automated control machine for operation of officials. Mobile automated control machine comprises n portable computers of official workstations (OWS), one for each of n workstations, two switches of object local area network (LAN), n PBX telephone sets, one telephone set for each of n workstations of officials, a linear shield, a fiber-optic communication line (FOCL) and an external base station of the service radio communication network, additionally includes a block of transit switching of channels, a cryptographic information protection unit, a gateway-router unit, interfacing unit, two wire communication lines for HDSL technology exchange, a telephone communication concentrator, an automation equipment system (AES) server, navigation equipment with a built-in antenna, a video conferencing server, a communication server, a multiplexer of combined communication systems (MCCS), two optical converters, a second linear shield, a second fiber-optic communication line, a wired communication switch, two wired communication devices and a microwave station with an antenna.

EFFECT: technical result of the proposed invention consists in improvement of efficiency of solving control tasks, expansion of volume of communication services provided to officials and improvement of convenience of their operation in field conditions.
