FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to communication systems using multimedia data compression. Digital multimedia data include intraframe information and interframe information. Further to separate complete frame transmission defined as interframes, some interframes ("hybrid" frames) contain partial intraframe information in order to receive at least piece of intraframe information from hybrid frames in case of the whole intraframe loss.
EFFECT: provided multimedia data compression using frames P and B of enhanced fault tolerance.
