SUBSTANCE: determine age of the condemned, duration of stay in a penal institution, the general term of punishment, physical state of health, fault comprehension, self-appraisal, relation to illness, an estimation of somatic complaints, alexithymia level, levels of reactive and personal uneasiness, depression level, a parasympathetic tonus and a sympathetic tonus of vegetative nervous system, a parasympathetic tonus and a sympathetic tonus of regulation of vegetative nervous activity. Calculate the first and second diagnostic factors by multiplication of value of each indicator to factor of classification functions and addition of the obtained values. Draw the obtained value of diagnostic factors on a diagnostic card, note a point of crossing of value of the first and second diagnostic factors and define area to which the given point has got on it. Depending on hit of a point of crossing in this or that area, diagnose the serious somatoform disorder, moderated somatoform disorder or absence of somatoform disorder.

EFFECT: allows psychiatric and psychological service to carry out diagnostics of somatoform disorders at the condemned persons.
