SUBSTANCE: method includes determination of factor of absorption of a spinal liquid in the first - second days after hemorrhage occurrence. The obtained volume of factor of absorption in a local zone of a subarachnoid space compare with average factor of absorption of conditional norm in the same localisation. At excess volume of absorption factor of an examined zone over average size of conditional norm twice or more, diagnose subarachnoid hemorrhage.
EFFECT: allows increasing accuracy of determination of local intensity of subarachnoid hemorrhage.
