FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for neuroresuscitation prediction of the clinical outcome of traumatic intracranial hematomas consisting in the fact that starting from the 5th post-traumatic day, patient's blood plasma is examined for activity of gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GTP), and if activity of γ-GTP is more than 175 Unit/l, an unfavourable outcome of traumatic intracranial hematomas is predicted.
EFFECT: simplified, accelerated prediction and economic effectiveness of high-accuracy prediction.
