EFFECT: reduction of operational costs related to the heating of water for preparing a working solution during the period of low temperature, intensification of the process of aggregation of suspended substances by improving adsorptive substances of the suspension of aluminium poly-oxychloride and increasing the ageing time of the working solution of coagulant.
