FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the steps of mixing an aqueous suspension of carbon black (filler) with polymer latex under intense energy in the reactor and isolating it without the use of coagulating agents, followed by dehydration in a screw aggregate. In this case, the combination of latex with the aqueous dispersion of furnace black carbon is carried out in a reactor equipped with a stirring device and an ultrasonic generator. Next, a filled rubber crumb is formed in the ripener. In this case, a coagulator of the flow type is used in the coagulation stage of the latex. After the coagulation step, the resulting chips are dewatered on the filter and in the screw squeezing machine. The final moisture removal is carried out in an air dryer with forced ventilation.
EFFECT: production of rubber containing uniformly distributed nanodispersed carbon black, minimization of structural transformations in the polymer phase and production of vulcanizates based on it with high physical and mechanical properties.
