FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of two fixed hydrocylinders through which flexible rod is passed made of . Flexible rod may be alternatively caught by pistons with controlled sleeves allowing moving rope with load. In order to create constant tightening of idle branch of rope, drum, on which idle branch of rope is coiled, is supplied with spring drive placed inside drum. Coiling of rope on drum is performed by winch fairlead consisting of carriage moved along guides by chain.
EFFECT: broadening of device performance capabilities.
