FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: agglutinant sand for heat-insulating material production includes liquid glass made of microsilica with silicate module 2.5 and density 1350 kg/m3 as binding agent. Mircosilica resulted from waste crystal silica with specific surface 1000-2500 m2/kg is used as filler. As polystyrol filler, particles of 0.4-5 mm sized foam polystyrene with packed density 12 kg/m3 are used. Those particles are produced by granulating secondary foam polystyrene, for example packing materials. In addition fine chamotte screenings №008-50% are introduced at the following ratio of components, wt %: liquid glass - 62.5-69.5; sodium silicofluoride - 6.25-6.95; chamotte - 6.25-6.95; silica fume - 16.2-23.3; foam polystyrene filler - 1.2-2.4.
EFFECT: improved fire safety and thermal resistance, decreased strain of polystyrene concrete shrinkage under high 100-250°C temperature, increased life time under dry air conditions and high temperature.
