FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of shaped refractories for operation at medium and high temperatures, in aggressive media and molten mass. The method is realised by obtaining a colloidal binder by wet grinding aluminosilicate refractory powder with alumina content of 15-70 wt % in the presence of water and an alkaline electrolyte until obtaining 30-50% particles with size of up to 5 mcm and up to 1.5% particles with size greater than 63 mcm. The obtained mass is stabilised and microsilica is added in amount of not more than 3% of the mass of the obtained colloidal binder. Further, an aggregate is prepared from the refractory powder with the same alumina content as the colloidal binder, said aggregate having the following fractional composition, wt %: less than 2 mm 6%, 2-5 mm 41%, 5-10 mm 53%. The aggregate is tempered with water, mixed with the colloidal binder, with the following ratio of components, wt %: colloidal binder 33-45, aggregate 55-67.

EFFECT: articles from the ceramic-concrete mixture obtained using the disclosed method have high chemical resistance, water-impermeability, strength and longevity.
