SUBSTANCE: raw mix for light-weight concrete production contains, wt %: cement 61.50-62.30, foam polystyrene 5.8, neutralised air-entraining resin SDO 0.15, nickel containing sludge 3.0 - 5.0, the rest is water. Raw mix is produced by mixing foam polystyrene granules, water and nickel containing sludge. While mixing cement and the solution of the aforesaid resin are introduced.
EFFECT: improved strength of polystyrene concrete, decreased average density and improved operational characteristics of structures and items made of polystyrene concrete.
