SUBSTANCE: raw meal contains (wt. %), as modifying additive, foaming agent consisting of mixture of carboxymethylated oxyethylated isononylphenols (0.014- 0.016) and double ferrous and ammonium sulfate (0.0028-0.004), in combination with cement (60.59-61.27), foamed polystyrene granules (5.57-6.73), refined alkylarylsulfonate (0.0022-0.0027), and water (32.65-33.141). EFFECT: reduced volume weight of light heat-insulation concretes and extended source of required raw materials. 2 tbl
