FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: cellular hydrogel is used in many scopes, such as wound bandages, medical product release regulator including devices for transdermal delivery of medical product, cosmetic agents, biosensors or electrodes, coverings or membranes, skin glues and protector for stoma and incontinentia care, etc. Method of production of this hydrogel is implemented with inoculation polymerisations and includes stage of aqueous solution containing one or more saturated hydrophilic polymer and copolymerized multipurpose cross-linking agent acting as cross-link cocatalyst and photoinitiator, and radiation stage of produced composition.
EFFECT: production of nontoxic and biocompatible hydrogel without necessity to dry, wash and rehydration, its ability to fast and deep hardening under light.
