FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes feeding of saline waste in the form of melt and compressed air into jet chamber, melt blowout by compressed air with receiving of disperse particles and cooling of received particles by air. Compressed air before feeding into jet chamber is dried and fed into jet chamber simultaneously and crisscross with saline waste melt in volume ratio saline waste: dried air, equal to 1:(300-700). Cooling of disperse particles is implemented in separated chamber. At that mixture of disperse particles and air is directed from jet chamber to cooling chamber with speed equal to 300-500 m/s, and crisscross to air direction, fed into cooling chamber below through holes.
EFFECT: increasing of base product extraction, reduction of capital and operating costs and reduction of final product blocking property.
