FIELD: physics; mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed rotator comprises a rotary drive, two parts of a main shaft, cam-push type actuator, linked to parts of the shaft, solid cams, located on the inner surface of a case. The cam-push type actuator is in form of a double-arm lever with its axis of rotation on one part of the shaft and joined by its arms to the solid cams of the working profile and the second part of the shaft. The cam-push type actuator provides for transmission of the motion pattern on the solid cams of the working profile on the second part of the shaft. The lever arms provide for the given amplitude of vibration.
EFFECT: increased intensity of the process, reduced losses in the kinematic pairs of the torsion vibrations actuator, prevention of their jamming and reduced negative dynamic loading.
