FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in drives of rotating working members of metalworking, mining, construction and other machines. For example, in drilling, milling machines, electric drills, drilling machines, augers, which implement method of creation of torsional vibrations. Pulse rotator of working element contains two parts of shaft: driven and driving, fixed cams on inner surface of housing, cam-pusher with axis of rotation. Rotation axis of cam-pusher is located in the area of thrust surface of driven part of shaft at distance less than radius of thrust surface, and arm of cam-pusher is made with clearance relative to housing.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption for friction in kinematic pair of body - cam-pusher, improved thermal mode, increased reliability and durability of device operation at reduction of load on arms of cam-pusher.
