FIELD: radio communication.
SUBSTANCE: in method and device for demodulation of amplitude-manipulated and amplitude-modulated (AM) signals as non-linear element three-pole non-linear element is selected, which is connected between source of radio frequency AM signals and quadripole or between quadripole and introduced high frequency load, according to the circuit with common emitter, with common base or with common collector, quadripole is made of at least two resistive dipoles, values of parameters of which are selected based on condition of provision of required value of depth of amplitude modulation of received amplitude-modulated signal.
EFFECT: higher noise immunity with preset depth of amplitude modulation.
