SUBSTANCE: proposal is given of a method and system for diverting calls, designed for a mobile wireless communication device to a second network device. The detection module in the equipment in the user facilities detects a mobile wireless communication device when it is in the active zone of the interface between the mobile wireless communication device and the equipment in the user facilities. Identification data of the mobile wireless communication device is transmitted through the interface. Based on the identification data of the mobile wireless communication device, calls meant for the given mobile wireless communication device, are diverted to second network device, if the mobile wireless communication device is in the active zone of the interface between the mobile wireless communication device and the equipment in the user facilities.
