FIELD: observation data acquisition and processing. SUBSTANCE: data on direction of sighting video information by user are determined by projection of video information being scanned directly onto user s retina 51; in the process present positions of user s eyes are determined. Data obtained are transferred to central control station 2 through telecommunication network 3 for further processing. Data on present positions of eyes are compared with predetermined values and results of this comparison are used to initiate ordering procedure or transmission of information, and/or mentioned observation data are saved in central control station 2 and later on they may be subjected, for example, to statistical processing.
