FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: parsley root, celery root, parsnip root and onion are cut and browned in vegetable oil. Carrot is grated and browned in vegetable oil, sorrel, spinach and greens are cut and frozen. Chicken meat and pickled cucumbers are cut, the above components are mixed with wheat flour, eggs, cucumber brine, table salt and black bitter pepper without access of oxygen. The produced mix and bone broth are packed, hermetised and sterilised.
EFFECT: characterised by higher digestibility compared to analogous culinary product.
