FIELD: medical technics.
SUBSTANCE: the connecting device contains an agent (3) of osteal fastening, the connector (4) intended for the installation of the connecting hinge (2) and connected with the end of fastening agent (3), and also a tightening agent (5) for latching a connecting hinge (2). Bond of a connector (4) and fastening agents (3) are made by means of the pin (6) which passes through a fastening agent (3). The pin (6) forms rotary communication. The connecting device (1) contains an agent of stabilisation of a connector in a plane containing a hinge and fastening agent, concerning a fastening agent when it is implant into patient's body. The system contains, at least, one connecting hinge (2) and, at least, two connecting devices (1), thus each of connecting devices (1) is made with an opportunity of fastening in vertebra.
EFFECT: easy manipulation and simplification of the connecting hinge installation on fastening agent and its excision, simplification of unscrewing of fastening agents during repeated surgical operation.
