FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Presented is a spinal stabilization device comprising at least two main connecting elements configured to connect two different vertebrae, and attachment elements of ends of each connecting element on two different vertebrae. Each main connecting element has an average longitudinal plane. Main connecting elements have such length, and fasteners are located so that each main connecting element can be located on diagonal between two vertebrae, on which it is attached, crossing with middle sagittal plane of spinal column. Both main connective elements are crossed substantially at the level of the above middle sagittal plane of the spinal column. Device is configured to provide physiological angular displacement of two vertebrae relative to each other.
EFFECT: invention enables to stabilize the spinal column of the patient and/or to correct the deformation between vertebras of the spinal column by connecting two vertebrae with each other without complete blocking of the relative movements of the vertebras connected in this way.
